Head of the Office Ms Ingūna Sudraba already announced that the building process is not truly transparent, and she has already found that there are illegal acts performed whilst getting the Latvian state to secure the loan from the Deutche Bank. The official blueprint and costs calculations were voted by the City of Riga councillors as secret, thus there is no possibility for investigative journalists to find out more.
